Man Shot Dead In East LA Today

Sheriff’s Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting death of an adult male Hispanic in East Los Angeles this afternoon.

Sheriff’s received a call about 2:25 p.m. and went to the 1100 block of Kern Avenue in East Los Angeles to investigate.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. His name and age have not yet been released.
