Tren Ligero Choca Contra Coche en Boyle Heights

Una persona resultó herida el martes (9 de agosto, 2011) a causa de una colisión entre un tren ligero de la Línea de Oro que viajaba hacia el este y un auto que se dirigió al sur, cerca de la Estación Pico Aliso del tren.

El choque se realizó en 1149 E. First Street en el área de Boyle Heights, informó Brian Humphrey, portavoz del Departamento de Bomberos de Los Ángeles.
Servicio del tren se interrumpió entre las estaciones de Little Tokyo y Mariachi Plaza mientras que las autoridades respondían e investigaban los hechos.
