White Memorial Medical Center’s vice president for business development, Roland Fargo, has been named Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the faith-based, not-for-profit Adventist Health/Southern California Network (SCN), comprised of White Memorial Medical Center, Glendale Adventist Medical Center and Simi Valley Hospital.

Roland will report to Beth Zachary, president & CEO of White Memorial Medical Center and president of SCN. He is charged with developing strong local and regional strategies for growth.
Roland has served in his current role as Vice President of Business Development at White Memorial since October 2007. In making the announcement, SCN said Roland “has a proven track record for developing strategic partnerships, building profitable services, and generating revenue through physician development.”
