By EGP News

Four alleged gang members were arrested by LAPD Hollenbeck Station police officers, among them was a 16-year-old.

On Nov. 23, police spotted a grey four-door 1990s-model Toyota Camry at Lorena Steet and Whittier Blvd in Boyle Heights and a pursuit ensued, according to Hollenbeck Watch Commander Sgt. Nate Williams. The pursuit ended on the 500 block of East Avenue 28 in Montecito Heights where three suspects were arrested when they exited the vehicle, he said. However, a fourth suspect fled on foot and was later located using search dogs, Williams told EGP.

The suspects—ages 16, 18, 20, and 21—were arrested at 10:40 p.m. on suspicion of car theft.
