4-10pm—ArtsFest at the East Los Angeles Civic Center. Event will start with local artists displaying their works, food vendors & a 6pm concert by Conjunto Los Ponchos. The grand finale starts at 8:30pm: 3000 Years of Mexican Art, a Multimedia Presentation by Gregorio Luke at the East Los Angeles Civic Center. Luke is an internationally recognized expert & lecturer in Mexican art & culture. Open to the public; Free Admission, East LA Civic Center is located at 4801 E. Third St., LA 90022.
