This afternoon my family and attended the East Los Angeles Parade. The parade started with a Red Bull Car, built for racing, drive recklessly along the parade route. He was inches from hurting entire families, standing innocently along the parade route. In a matter of seconds he could have turned a family event to a catastrophe with the California Highway Patrol witnessing his behavior. He was then allowed to return to the start and make “donuts” inches from spectators. Horrendous!
