2pm—Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library Celebrates National Family History Month with Program on “Sun Mei and Sun Yat-Sen: The Brother and the Hero.” Local historian and author, Robert K.H. Montebello Town Hall Meeting with CALTRANS Thurs, Oct. 24 at Montebello City Hall. Residents can ask questions and share their concerns over CALTRANS maintenance. Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting if they have issues with flooding, freeway emissions, freeway noise and security. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm.
