9:30-11:30am—Monterey Park Town Hall Meeting at Langley Senior Center. Residents will have the opportunity to speak to elected officials and city staff with questions about city services, economic development projects, park improvements and the city’s future. 4-8pm—Monterey Park’s Weekly Certified Farmers Market. Farmers and vendors will offer fresh, locally grown produce, flowers, nuts, honey and more. Event also features hot food and live entertainment. Saturday, June 28

7am-4pm—Woman’s Club of Rosewood Park Flea Market at Rosewood Park: 2535 Commerce Way. All types of items on sale-great prices. 

 7:30am-4:30pm—Boyle Heights. Proyecto Pastoral’s 17th Annual Community Women of Color Conference: “The Courage to Live our Dreams.” Free event includes workshop, with a focus on health and fitness, personal development, and wellness. 1-4pm—White Memorial and MAOF Resource Fair, Concert for Seniors & Electric Vehicle Day. Learn about services these groups offer and enjoy the music of DJ George and Mariachi Lindas Mexicanas.
