5-8pm –City of Commerce Washington Blvd. Construction Project Public Information Meeting in City Council Chambers. Project includes street widening, pavement renovation, new medians, landscaping, sidewalk enhancements & street lighting and traffic enhancement measure. Construction could cause delays and detours. 8am-3pm—Bulky Item Drop-off in Eagle Rock. Drop off any furniture you don’t use. Individuals and businesses alike are encouraged to bring new or used materials that have life for re-use the day of the event. Your donations are tax-deductible with receipts provided. 6-10pm. “Night of Big Dreams” at the Women’s 20th Century Club. EREEF (Eagle Rock Elementary Education Foundation) presents the Fall Fundraiser. Montebello Hills Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report Study Session Nov. 5.
