11am-5pm–Summer Picnic for World War II, Korean War, Iraq & Afghanistan Paratroopers at Little Lake Park in Santa Fe Springs. Bring the family. Enjoy delicious Mexican food, live Mariachi music & 50/50 raffle. Sponsored by the Paratroopers of the Hispanic-American Airborne Association and All Airborne Chapter-West Covina. Paratroopers from the US Army, Navy SEALS, Marines, Air Force welcome to attend. Live Cost is $15 for adults/Kids under 12 are free. Free soda and water. Mayor’s “Rock en Español” Festival Kicks off Montebello Concert Series June 29. Enjoy music with friends with a different concert every week through Aug. 18. Performances will include Suave, Bumptown, Cannibal and the Headhunters, The Wise Guys and the Susie Hansen Latin Band. Concert will continue through Aug. 18. Time: 6-9pm.
