4pm–History of Punk Rock-Teen Summer Reading Program.  A live presentation by Todd Taylor of Razorcake magazine, a premiere zine covering punk at Echo Park Branch Library located at 1410 W. 4pm–East Los Angeles Library and Artshare present Mural Art, a presentation exploring the difference between tagging and true community art: One brings the community down, the other can lift its spirits.
